Before you order, please make sure to read this page carefully.
Please note that I will only accept orders from customers over the age of 18. This is not because of any adult material, it is merely because of the fact that I use Paypal primarily, and I refuse to be involved with illegitimate payments through the site (you must be 18 or older to use Paypal's services). Please consult their FAQ and terms of use to be clear on the subject.

For head orders, I need a duct tape dummy of your head to build around, so it fits you perfectly! Contact me for further instructions.
Also, if you'd like your eyes to look a specific way, let me know! I can do super toony, anime-esque, or semi toony. If you can draw, why not draw your eyes how you'd like them? I can print that off and make them exactly as you want! :)
For handpaw orders, I'll need a tracing of your hand. For arm-length paws, please trace your WHOLE arm, and include measurements (contact me for specifics). I'll also need you to specify how many fingers you want. In the case of a 3 or 4 fingered paw, please trace your hand accordingly. (ie: place your fingers together to form 3 or 4 fingers)
For footpaws, please let me know your shoe size, so that I can get appropriately sized slippers to build the feet around. This provides maximum comfort for you.
And now for a few words about commissions policy:
I, as the artist, have the right to refuse any design that I either feel I cannot properly do justice to or would not be feasable for a fursuit.
I do not do adult work.
I do take a while to make your fursuit. This is due to several things. I usually have a bit of a queue before you, so I'm working on other things all the time. I also experience a lot of hand pain while doing these things for hours at a time (remember, this is a full-time job for me) so I take frequent breaks throughout a given work day. I also respect my weekends and DO NOT do non-personal work then, unless there is a tight deadline to meet (and a rush fee has been paid of course.) However, I have been told that even after all of this, I'm quite timely compared to some other fursuit makers out there, so I don't anticipate this to be a problem. I merely mention it so that you are aware that I do not just pump out suits instantly.
You are free to discuss any design issues with me, and I will always do my best to work things out with you. If I have refused a design of yours, do not let it get you down. Tweak it a bit, and come back to me with it. I'll always be willing to help you tweak it as well!
Payment must be recieved BEFORE I start work. Usually I accept 50% of the total as a down payment for materials and security deposit to hold your place in the queue. The remaining payment sizes are negotiable, but must be completely paid before I mail your suit out to you. The first 50% is NON-REFUNDABLE. So before you commission me, be sure that this is what you want, be sure of your design or willing to work with it a bit. I aim to please, but I cannot account for flakey customers, so this is why I have the non-refundable down payment.
My suits have a 6 month regular/heavy use warrantee. This covers internal mesh breakage, glue coming loose, and the like. THIS DOES NOT COVER: teeth/claws popping off, seams coming loose, or negligence on your part. Teeth/claws/seams are all part of basic maintenance and I will give you instructions on how to properly take care of your suit when I mail it to you. This "care sheet" also includes basic cleaning instructions and how to keep the inside of your head fresh as well. I DO NOT fix things that are broken out of sheer negligence. For example, if you poke your eye out, rip the jaw off, yank too hard on an ear, yank the tail too hard, etc. These are all things that are avoided through gentle use and basic common-sense.
If you do mail in your suit for repairs, I expect you to cover the shipping TO me, and I will cover the shipping BACK to you. :3
Lastly, I do not do copyrighted characters. I do not do LOOKALIKES of copyrighted characters. So please, don't send me any more pictures of Renamon or Simba or whatever. I don't infringe copyrights, I only do original characters.
